Don't you just love the freedom to create without worrying about the outcome.  Thrifting and my handy dandy sewing machine give me this freedom.  I had this white denim jacket that I knew I wasn't going to wear as is and this damaged camisole with pretty lace.  So...I decided to put them together and see what happened.  I think they make a happy, mixed up, crazy marriage!

Happy New Years!!  I didn't want to let the month end without looking back at all the awesome thrifted transformations that we did last year.  I also want to get you super excited for what's in store for 2017.  Check the playlist link above for all the tutorials.  Some are really easy no-sew projects and some show you how to completely reuse your old clothes to make them better.  And there's a lot of everyone's favorites like jeans, t-shirts, leather, and velvet.  I hope you enjoy and definitely send me your fashion hack questions on Instagram or Facebook!

Hi Everyone!  After my summer lookbook, many of you also wanted to see a tutorial of this off shoulder top as well.  I uploaded the DIY Off Shoulder tutorial earlier this week, but I just had to do some variations.  I wanted to do a more casual, fun one made from an oversized t-shirt and I just had to do one with fringe. I hope you enjoy!

Hi Everyone!  After my summer lookbook, many of you also wanted to see a tutorial of this off shoulder top as well.  With this tutorial you can turn an oversized dress shirt, blouse, or t-shirt into an off shoulder top.  Now you know I have a hard time doing the same thing twice, so make sure you watch part 2 to see where my creativity took me.  Enjoy!

Hi Everyone!  I was given these black and yellow polka dot pants from #thriftersanonymous with the idea that I could change them into something cool.  I wasn't sure I could pull it off, but I did and I'm so happy to share it with you all.
